Peer Review
Each paper is reviewed by two club leads or advisors who provide detailed feedback and recommendations.
Up to 3 Revision Rounds
Authors can revise and resubmit their papers up to 3 times based on reviewer feedback.
Advisor Approval
Final accept/reject decisions are made by advisors (teachers) to ensure quality.
Version History
All paper versions are preserved, allowing reviewers to see how the paper evolved.
